Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and 4 years of experience
Required Skills
* 4 years’ experience maintaining, utilizing, and troubleshooting Cisco UC Platforms, Cisco Voice Platforms , Cisco Network Platforms and Cisco Telepresence Platforms.
* 3 years’ working knowledge of telephony ecosystems (CM PBX, SM, SysMgr), T1 / PRI, SIP Trunking fundamentals.
* 3 years’ experience with Windows Server OS/Linux OS administration and VMWare ESXi.
* 2 years’ engineering experience with real-time cloud based collaborative applications (Google, Cisco, Microsoft)
Desired Skills
* Cisco UC certification — CCNA-Voice or CCNP-Voice (major plus)
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Exchange 2013 a plus
* Understanding of basic networking technologies (TCP/IP) and voice and video-specific protocols (SIP, RTSP, H.264, H.323, etc.)
* Ability to configure, analyze and troubleshoot highly complex unified communication deployments.
* Willingness to take initiative and to overcome obstacles to achieve personal, organizational, and company goals
* Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills and be effective in working within a team environment. Knowledge sharing amongst the team members is paramount.
* Extensive Customer Service skills and experience.
