Senior Software Engineering Manager
Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent or
* 8+ years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent or
* 5+ years of relevant experience and a PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
Required Skills:
* 10+ years experience in web application development using Java, C++ or Ruby on Rails
* 8+ years experience managing a development or support team.
Desired Skills:
* DevOps management experience
* Experience in Agile Software Development methodologies specifically Kanban or Scrum
* Experience developing and supporting large-scale distributed applications
* Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time in a fast paced environment
* Experience managing an international team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong presentation skills
