== Qualifications ==
Basic
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in operations or system administration
- Strong skills in working with Unix/Linux systems
- An understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)
- Basic SQL
- Working knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Perl, shell)
Desired
- In-depth knowledge of internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, SSL
- Experience with the operation of internet-scale systems
- The ability to apply technical knowledge toward analyzing, diagnosing and resolving issues in a large complex production environment
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple teams across multiple sites
- Self-motivated with a consistent drive towards results
