Required Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or in another related field with equivalent experience in Internet technologies.


Required Skills
* Minimum 8 years of overall experience in IT industry.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Internet technologies, standards and protocols, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Web architecture and design.

Desired Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences, from the user to the executive level. 
* Experience in one or more web development languages, methodologies and/or architectures.
* Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols.
* Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
* Demonstrated success developing client relationships.
* Experience with enterprise and data center networks, system design and operation, including infrastructure design and build out, caching proxies, routing, switching and load balancing.
* Experience managing a high volume of activity, and a large number of projects, in a fast-paced growing organization.  Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload.
* Experience in a customer facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and large enterprise account management, where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated.

*J2EE or .NET coding experience is a plus.
