* ホスティングやネットワークなどインターネットおよび関連技術に関する理解

* レベルの高い顧客満足度の維持と関係構築経験

* 自社製品やサービスの継続や利用拡大をすすめる顧客への影響力

* 顧客の要望に対するすばやく適切な対応力

Requirements

* Japanese - Native, English is a plus

* 4+ years solution selling work experience.

* Demonstrates a good understanding of technology and the Internet – hosting, networking a strategic landscape.

* Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships

* Ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of Akamai products and services.

* Responds to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
