Architect. Principal

Required Education and Experience

●15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or

●12 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree or

●8 years of relevant experience and a PhD

Desired Qualifications

●Previous role in a Director/Senior Director or similar position in software and architecture experience designing scalable systems 

●Demonstrable track record of either leading, or being a significant contributor to architectural and or Product Management functions within leading technology companies 

●Shown ability to both lead and facilitate a high performing team 

●Understanding and proficiency with architectural design patterns, and the agile method(s).

●Experience in and commitment to agile software delivery principles and practices

●Ability to create TCO/ROI model, converse with business, technical and developer audiences.

●Strong written and verbal communication and consensus-building skills.

●Highly responsible, self-disciplined, motivated, creative, and confident.

●Understanding of cloud native development patterns (micro-services, statelessness, service registry, service discovery, etc.)

●Knowledge of public cloud (i.e. Azure, AWS) Infra, Containers, Kubernetes, Virtual Machines, DevOps, and Linux.

●Able to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%)
