• Be currently studying in a Bachelor’s degree program in a Business-related field
• Be graduating between December 2020 and June 2021
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Have a 3.0 GPA or greater on a 4.0 scale
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have prior internship experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Demonstrate leadership capability and initiative to learn new roles
