Our Solution Center team is a staff of experts that create a winning customer experience in-person and remotely on a global scale. We utilize support methods through phone, live chat, ticketing, and employee self-service options. Working collaboratively with colleagues around the globe to enable productivity for our company.

Become a trusted advisor to customers

You will be part of the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization who support Corporate IT infrastructure. We evaluate, customize, build, and support products and tools to manage IT infrastructure and scale its operations globally.

As a Help Desk Specialist Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class support to customers in-person at Solution Centers and over live chat, ticket and phone channels
  • Acting as a technical resource to provide support via remote channels such as voice, chat and tickets
  • Providing support to peers in order to craft the best solution for our global customers
  • Being able to utilize resources and hunt down solutions to complex problems
  • Working with Senior Solution Specialists on presenting complete solutions to our customers’ technical and functional needs
  • Ensuring accurate and secure inventory management practices are followed to ensure compliance
  • Providing actionable and in-the-moment feedback to your teammates to improve ourquality of service delivered

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 2 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk or customer-facing environment and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing; desktops, laptops, and associated hardware
  • Demonstrate a logical thought process to problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Be able to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace both back and front of house
  • Show a genuine passion for outstanding customer service
  • Be able to re-prioritize and adapt to a fast-moving environment
  • Be naturally curious, passionate about problem solving and constantly adapting and learning new things
