Associate Strategy & Operations Analyst

Required Education and Experience:

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements

*   Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management or its equivalent

Required Skills:

*  Minimum of 1 year of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a cross-functional delivery capacity
 

Desired Skills:

*  Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment’

*  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment. 

*  Demonstrated experience with program and project management principles and practices or Big 5 Consulting experience a plus

*  Familiarity with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices

*  Knowledge of Risk and Issue management and resolution

*  Detail and action-oriented self-starter

*  Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products 

*  Knowledge of JIRA and other Program Management tools 

*  Knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing tools a plus (i.e. SFDC, Marketing)
