Basic Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent
* 3-5 years in Customer facing roles preferably from Billing support or Customer support.
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Microsoft Excel skills
* Knowledge of Siebel, Oracle and Salesforce.
* Knowledge of GAAP, SOX and working with Purchase Orders.
