Business Operations Analyst
Required Education and Experience:
* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or its equivalent
Required Skills:
* 2 years advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required for managing/presenting data
* 1+ years end user experience with a CRM tool; preferably Salesforce.com
Desired Skills:
* Experience in a Finance or Operations role interfacing with Sales teams
* Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
* Strong business-partnering skills with Senior Sales management. Ability to effectively communicate complex topics to a broad audience; including technical and non-technically driven functions
* Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Thrive in ambiguity.
* A love of learning new things, building processes, evolving approaches.
* Experience in the high-tech industry a plus
