Carriers Service Line Manager
Required Education and Experience
Applicants
must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* Minimum 8
years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Management Information System, another related field or its
equivalent or
* Minimum 6
years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Management Information System or another related field.
* Minimum 3
years of relevant experience with a Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering,
Management Information System or another related field.
Required Skills
* Minimum 5
years of experience with Internet technologies, such as HTTP, DNS, SSL.
* Minimum 3
years of experience supporting Fortune 500 customers & Service Providers
creating service/support strategies.
* Minimum 1
years of team lead/team management experience.
Desired Skills
* Prior
experience with web technologies – i.e. CRM integrations, Service Provider back
office systems and/or web applications.
* Experience
in a revenue management or forecasting role (i.e., Services Manager, Engagement
Manager, Business Development).
* Experience
in expanding customer service and support services revenue.
*
Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementing and driving best
practices in multi-office, cross functional organizations.
*
Individuals with a strong technical project management background in a Professional
Services Organization, or similar, are appropriate for this role.
* Successful
track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations.
* Strong
written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively
present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences.
*
Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy,
and customer focus.
* Strong
understanding of managed services and Agile methodologies.
* Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
