Basic Qualifications:
* Pursuing a degree in Facilities Management or a related field and returning to the program after completion of Co-op.
* Knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
* Experience with CAFM system.
* Good customer service skills for working with employees and service providers.
Desired Qualifications:
* Ability to read / modify floor plans in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Ability to self manage priorities and time.
