Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years Oracle E-Business Suite development experience which includes understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and custom development experience within Financials Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA and Cash Management).
- Minimum 2 years of Oracle Tools (Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher and Workflow) experience.
- Working experience in supporting R12 EBS Application technically and functionally.
- BI Publisher, Workflow and OA Framework development/enhancement/personalization Knowledge.
- Technical & functional Expertise in financial application areas is a mandatory.
- Ability to manage stress and pressure inherent to application development, implementation, and support.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Very good verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Must have experience in working in a multi cultural, multi location organization. Must have ability to work and support across time zones, specifically 2PM to 10 PM IST (EMEA and US).
Desirable Qualification
- Basic Knowledge of Linux shell scripting desirable.
- Experience in Java highly desirable.
