Co-Op Technical Support, Digital Media

Basic Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and returning to the program after completion of the Co-op.

* Experience in web development.  

* 1+ year of academic experience in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures.

* Able to work 40 hours per week during the Co-op cycle.

Desired Qualifications:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently solve technical problems.

* Strong communication skills – must be able to speak clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.

* Some coding experience or successful completion of related college courses is a plus. 

* Enthusiastic about learning new skills and technologies.

* Enthusiastic about taking on support related projects.

* Great problem solvers who can resolve complex, highly technical issues.

* Creative and able to "think outside of the box" on technical issues.
