Basic Qualifications
* Master of Law degree
* Minimum of 3 years of legal support or similar experience in a law firm or in-house, ideally in the telecommunication, Internet or IT field
* Strong verbal and written contract negotiation skills in English.
* Contract drafting and negotiation skills, including DPAs and other commercial transactional documents.
Desired Qualifications
* Excellent analytical, negotiation and contract drafting skills in a variety of technology/licensing agreements including software, managed services and multi-tier channel reseller models.
* Working knowledge of European commercial contract law, competition law, software licensing, privacy and data protection and intellectual property rights.
* Astute commercial awareness, robust time and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to work independently, to multi-task and provide follow-through on projects.
* Flexibility to work with colleagues and internal clients located in diverse regions within EMEA and other time zones.
* Upbeat temperament, dynamic personality and highly team-oriented approach to work.
* Enjoy working for a very fast paced team.
* Good sense of humor.
