Customer Success Manager
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience (Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Pre-sales, or Finance Operations) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Have knowledge of internet technologies, security, web analytics, and digital performance management solutions
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
