Qualifications


Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree

Required Skills
• 3+ years of CSM/sales/marketing/revenue operations experience
• 2+ years of experience with business analytics.
• 3+ Advanced Excel experience
• 2+ years PowerPoint skills required for managing/presenting data.
• 2+ years experience with a CRM tool; preferably Salesforce.com
• 2+ years experience with a CSM tool, such as Gainsight or other dashboards

Desired Qualifications
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
• Experience with business analytics tools such as Tableau preferred.
• Exhibit the ability to take initiative and prioritize effectively to deliver in a timely manner
• Ability to self-manage in an environment with ambiguity and constant change.
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) complex topics to a broad audience, ranging from executives to functional teams.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and processes preferred.
• Prior experience in the high-tech industry preferred.
• Program management experience and skills not required, but is a plus.
