Help us build our Threat Hunting service - Akamai Hunt

You will join a core team working on a SaaS native Data Platform. This platform runs our state-of-the-art threat-hunting and segmentation product which protects customers worldwide.

In this role you will be:

• Building a new cutting-edge security product that protects millions of assets worldwide
• Developing Guardicore's data platform by extending its core infrastructure
• Implementing innovative, high-quality, and robust solutions for complex data challenges
• Working collaboratively with Hunt Research, Analysis and Product teams, together with Guardicore's R&D division
• Utilizing new technologies to enhance data engineering capabilities on top of GCP, utilizing Airflow, BigQuery and more.
• Establishing and uphold high standards for code quality and performance

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development- advantage to Python
• Have deep SQL and Data Modeling Skills, including proficiency in designing and optimizing databases
• Have experience with SaaS native infrastructures, based on GCP, Apache Airflow and BigQuery or equivalent
• Have practical experience with dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau QlikView or equivalent
• Have experience working in a data team with a deep understanding of customer business needs and requirements
