Qualifications
- Extensive and seasoned experience in marketing, PR, or employee communications (focus on BTB technology or software)
- Experience promoting a company in the IT, media or security space (ideal candidate is familiar with Internet content delivery and security)
- Experience working with and influencing executive leaders
- Excellent leadership, organization and program management skills.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a matrixed and fast-paced team environment
- Strategic thinking. Ability to translate business objectives and priorities to communications goals and measurement, and strategy into actionable plans.
- Experience working globally and in managing a team.
- In-depth understanding and familiarity of social media and internal communication tools
- Self-motivated, disciplined, pro-active, and likes to work in cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience collaborating with technologists and engineers
- Driven to do great work, wear multiple hats, and have fun while doing it
