Director Field Marketing

Qualifications

*10+ years of experience in demand/field marketing, or related function. Strong B2B marketing experience

*   Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field

*   Strong matrix understanding and working with various stakeholders in global, regional and local context.

*  Proven team management skills with prior experience leading direct reports

*   Experience in Enterprise B2B software or services or security marketing

*   Expert knowledge in Demand generation, Digital Marketing, ABM, and Partner Marketing

*   Proven success in working effectively with sales and product teams and leading cross-functional teams

*   Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand business and technology messaging

*   Excellent campaign management, budget and scheduling expertise

*   Wide understanding and experience in various marketing tools

*   Strong marketing vendor negotiation and management skills
