Required Education and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree

* 10+ years of experience in Global Benefits


Required Skills

* 5+ years of people management experience

* 10+ years of deep knowledge of benefit program design, management and communications

* 10+ years of demonstrated expert knowledge of the US benefit regulatory environment and US benefit plan administration

* Practical experience managing benefits in multiple countries
