Director, Global Broad-Based Compensation
Required Education and Experience
* 12 years of related industry experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
Required Skills
• 10 years’ experience in the development, management, and pull through of global compensation programs
• 5 years of experience managing a high-performing team of employees, including team members located remotely

• Global experience working in the High-Tech industry, with a well-established network.
• Calculated risk-taker who is business minded and understands compensation’s role as a strategic lever to support the goals of the business.
