Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree 


Required Skills 

* Mimimum 5 years of experience leading large Sales, Marketing, Service, Support, or Finance digital transformations

* Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing strategic, cross-functional plans


Desired Skills 

* Master's degree or MBA preferred

* Effective translator across all levels of business and IT leaders

* Advanced degree in information systems or business management

* Excellent communication and matrix management skills

* Global operational excellence

* Nimble LEAN approach to enable efficiency while driving scalable growth

* Proficient knowledge of Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or Tableau
