Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in marketing, PR, or employee communications (focus in BTB technology or software).

Experience and understanding of the Internet infrastructure market (ideal candidate is familiar with Internet content delivery and security).

Experience in writing for the marketing of high tech solutions/products.

Excellent organization, program, and process management skills. Hands-on leadership and detail/process orientation. Budget and production schedule management. Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.

Strategic thinking. Ability to translate business objectives and priorities to communications goals and measurement. Translate strategy into actionable plans.

Experience working globally and in managing a team.

In-depth understanding and familiarity of social media and internal communication tools.

Self-motivated, disciplined, pro-active, and likes to work in cross-cultural teams.

Excellent communications skills in English. Mandarin a plus.
