Required Education & Experience
- BA or BS Degree required, MS Degree in advanced Engineering and Mathematics preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years leading teams in a Director/Sr. Manager role in a large-scale security company
- 3+ years of experience partnering with security research teams to develop security capabilities
- 5+ years of experience developing in either Java, Scala or Python
- Experience managing bigdata based solutions
- Strong design capabilities

- Experience implementing machine learning algorithms
- Detailed knowledge and experience of web protocols
- Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams and individuals. A motivating leader with a passion for excellence and the ability to instill excitement and inspire others.
