Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent.
- Possess minimum of 15 years’ work experience leading successful field marketing teams in a high-growth, innovative environment, with an emphasis on web, cloud and digital technology.
- Advanced knowledge of campaign strategy and marketing channels.
- Ability to extract meaning from data and optimize programs based on insights.
- Established track record in revenue-focused marketing, driving funnel conversions, and delivering results.
- Previous experience building teams to focus on success metrics.
- Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
- Experience with marketing/sales automation tools, including Salesforce.com and Marketo.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
