- Minimum 12 years of related experience in training and/or industry knowledge and Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a technology company within the Fortune 500.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team in Asia Pacific Japan; regional APJ recruiting experience.

Qualifications
- Software, SaaS or similar recurring revenue industry experience.
- Proven experience in achieving staffing, budgeting and workforce planning targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, persuasive, leadership and negotiation skills to interact with all levels of management, staff and external vendors.
- Solid systems skills and strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards and other recruiting technologies.
- An ability to think strategically and demonstrated ability to translate strategy into a plan. Demonstrated ability to deliver against a plan.
- Solid process orientation and have superior attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of employment laws, interviewing techniques, corporate recruitment processes, and recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing a team of 8 or more.
