Documentation and Training Specialist – Senior Instructional Designer

Basic Qualifications
∗ Education: Bachelor's Degree or degree emphasizing technical knowledge or communication skills in related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, journalism or English)
∗ 8-10 years work experience with solid career progression in the field of technical training or instructional design, including significant experience in designing and delivering training solutions in large organizations
∗ 5+ years of overall experience in an Engineering organization.

Desired Qualifications
∗ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
∗ Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects.
∗ Experience applying adult learning principles as well as the ability to recognize and adapt to different learning styles.
∗ Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
∗ Experience with Articulate Suite or equivalent
∗ Proven experience with program management.
∗ Proven experience with software development, coding, and scripting.
∗ Proven experience conducting needs assessment and analysis.
