Basic Qualifications
∗ Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline, or equivalent experience ∗ 2 or more years experience teaching or training a technical audience
∗ Strong presentation skills
∗ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
* Experience creating training or educational materials for a technical audience
* Familiarity with network-related technical computing terms
* Familiarity with computer hardware, especially in a datacenter environment
