Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- MS Office, Excel, Visio: 2 years
- Business Analysis: 2 years
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical Business Analyst or education role for a software company
- Experience in synthesizing and structuring complex information and presenting it in a manner that it is both readily accessible and easy to understand
- Proven experience with project analysis, risk management, course correction, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with building and updating online knowledge bases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interested in learning software product management skills over time
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while also being able to deal effectively with ambiguity
- Enjoys team participation but is a highly-motivated self-starter
