Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
· Have experience of working in account management, customer success, or consulting services in a technical environment
· Show experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
· Have knowledge of web performance, web security, application analytics, including technologies such as HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP
· Have a basic understanding of development and web infrastructure operations.
· Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
· Demonstrate knowledge of online streaming and video game platforms
