To be successful in this role you will:

*Have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, another related field or its equivalent

*Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and a deep understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success

*Have experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully

*Have experience in web development technologies, methodologies and languages such as HTTP or DNS

Have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate highly technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner

*Be a strong team player with an ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
