Engagement Manager II
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years overall, 5+ years customer facing.
- 5 years of experience in a “customer facing” environment such as sales, project management or technical consulting.
- Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies (HTTP, DNS, SSL,...), desired understanding of the online Digital Media industry, video streaming, Flash programming, online advertising, and website development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients.
- Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships.
- Large account experience.
- A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence.
- Technical programming background - J2EE, .NET, Web Services experience a plus.
- Must be fluent in French and English. Fluency in Spanish or Italian a real plus.
- Must be willing to travel to approximately 30%.
