Basic Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience with a BS/BA degree or 6 years with an advanced degree
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of training facilitation experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in training development, adult learning and design experience supporting medium to large size projects with an emphasis on development of learning solutions for technical audiences on a global scale.
  • 3+ years experience in support/operations setting.

  • Proven experience communicating with a variety of audiences and engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications and/or associations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.

  • Experience delivering learning solutions within the tech industry.
  • Instructional design experience.
  • Experience working with outsourcing sites/offshore providers.
  • Experience with policy-related training material.

  • Strong leadership and management experience with ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and negotiate across an organization.
  • Learning professional that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project.
  • Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online/digital, and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.
