Basic Qualifications
- 8 years of experience with a BS/BA degree or 6 years with an advanced degree
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years of training facilitation experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in training development, adult learning and design experience supporting medium to large size projects with an emphasis on development of learning solutions for technical audiences on a global scale.
- 3+ years experience in support/operations setting.

- Proven experience communicating with a variety of audiences and engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications and/or associations.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.

- Instructional design experience.
- Experience working with outsourcing sites/offshore providers.
- Experience with policy-related training material.

- Strong leadership and management experience with ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and negotiate across an organization.
- Learning professional that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project.
- Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, online/digital, and virtual instructor-led training.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams.
