Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
Required Skills
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant and/or similar Administrative role
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Minimum of 5 years’ supporting a senior executive, in a fast-paced and dynamic High-Tech environment.
Desired Skills
* Must be a highly motivated go-getter, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while maintain composure under pressure.
* Ability to learn new software applications to improve the productivity of the Exec Admin and Executive.
* Willingness to be available off-hours
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships. Sense of humor a great benefit.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability and experience in handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, easily handling and overcoming scheduling demands/conflicts and multiple simultaneous requests.
* Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions in an efficient manner.
* Ability to adapt, maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people.
