About the Team

Statutory Reporting Team is a group of experts who manage the financial reporting requirements for more than 30 different entities in different countries, which include close cooperation with auditors, professional consultants and other teams within the Organization. We are a team of professionals who not only care about the quality of our work but most of all we all enjoy working together. We are currently looking for Experienced Financial Reporting Analyst who will support us in ensuring that all statutory filings are filed in a timely manner.


Responsibilities
•Prepare local statutory annual financial statements or support preparation when done by external vendors; that includes filing, participating in management discussions and data analysis, as required

•Coordinate statutory audits working with local accounting teams, corporate accounting staff, local auditors and corporate auditors

•Develop and maintain a calendar of statutory filing requirements for each local entity

•Assist in the research of new statutory requirements for international expansion, as well as monitor changes to filing requirements for existing locations

•Assist with review and improvement of local accounting policies to ensure consistency across the company

•Collaborate with other Finance teams (Treasury & Tax, AR, AP, payroll and FP&A, legal) to support financial operations

•Perform special projects or duties as required within the finance department

Basic Qualifications
•1-3 years of accounting/audit experience
•Fluent English language
•Motivation to learn and work in a changing environment
•Strong analytical skills
•Focus on project-based model of work with deadlines, status monitoring, audit of results etc.
•Able to work independently and take full ownership of the responsibilities in scope
•Able to create clear and concise documentation and workpapers
•Good communications and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications
•Experience in a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm a strong plus
•US GAAP, IFRS or German GAAP knowledge a strong plus
•Other languages than English a strong plus
