About the Job


As the Field Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Greater China field marketing leader to execute the Go-to-Market plan focused on driving demand, creating leads, opportunities and pipeline, for sales and marketing teams in the Media Business Unit and building the brand through the implementation of a marketing strategy and tactics focused on meeting the revenue targets. Our Media division focuses on delivering our solutions to gaming and video, social media companies.


You will be working in a high-growth, high-energy environment that requires dedication, collaboration and a can-do attitude and comprehensive marketing skills to combine events, online, social, ABM, PR and channels mixed tactics to reach our target audiences and drive demand, credibility, awareness and positive business results. You will take an analytical approach to problem solving, always striving for improvement and collaborate across all cross-functional teams, senior management and peers in the organization.



Responsibilities


  • Responsible for leads and opportunities creation and demand.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to meet the targets (Lead-Opportunity-Deal).
  • You are a modern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced with using a mix of tactics to deliver the right message to the right audience through the right channel.
  • You are familiar with how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
  • You are driven, motivated by results and contribution to pipeline/revenue.
  • You are fluent in marketing funnel metrics, analysis and the ability to glean insights from reports.
  • You will partner with and tightly integrate with local sales and cross functional teams to jointly achieve the division’s top line revenue goals.
  • Co-work with broader marketing teams (regional/global/other divisional) to follow and execute global/regional kind of activities.

Qualifications


  • A skilled marketing professional with 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
  • Demand generation experience in Cloud technology, B2B software or services is preferred.
  • Working experience in gaming/video/mobile apps is preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Creativity and digital/Social (WeChat, paid search etc) marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.com, marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo).
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
  • A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in working autonomously.
  • Wide understanding and experience in various marketing tools (with some in-depth knowledge.)
