Finance Lead Senior BSA II
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information
Systems or equivalent experience.
* 7+ years of experience as a
Business Systems Analyst supporting a finance organization with an emphasis on
project management.
* 5+ years of experience with
Oracle Applications; Oracle E-Business Suite version R12 - including CM,
PO, AR, AP, GL and FA.
* 7+ years of experience with
Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and
Project.
* 2+ years managing a team of 3-5
BSAs prioritizing their work and reporting to upper management on progress.

* Ability to demonstrate complete
understanding of general Accounting business processes.
* Ability to quickly and
effectively troubleshoot problems.
* Intermediate level knowledge of
SQL on an Oracle Database environment.
* Prior management skills including
leading a team on project-like task.
* Strong project management and
communication skills.
* Self-motivated individual with
strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the
organization.
* Ability to think strategically
and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven track record delivering
complex software solutions.
