Basic Qualification
* BA/BS/B.Com degree required.
* 3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations role.
* Very strong analytic skills (must be strong in Excel) and high attention to detail; able to understand, analyze and organize complex and/or sensitive data sets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial and sales compensation concepts (once learned) to a broad audience.
* Knowledge/experience working in Sales Force and Access databases
* Strong drive for results, ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity and cross-functional team dynamics.
Desired Qualification
* 2+ years of experience interfacing with Sales and Financial Management in a support role, including sales incentive compensation.
* Hands-on experience with Data Analysis Tools like OBIEE and Hyperion is preferred
* Knowledge / Experience in working on an ERP environment like Siebel Analytics / Oracle is preferred.
