Required Education and Experience
* 5yrs experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field
or
* 3yrs experience and a Master’s degree in Business/Finance
Required Skills
* 3+ years of Finance experience with focus on budgeting, forecasting and full P&L reporting.
* 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
* Experience in software Quality Assurance test plan and test case generation.
* Excellent testing skills and experience with client/server application and multi-dimensional/relational database driven applications.
* Ability to manage projects and to develop test strategies
Desired Skills
* Experience with the Oracle suite of applications (Hyperion, OBIEE, EBS, Fusion, …) and SaaS tools like Anaplan and Xactly.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage IT systems to make business operations more effective and efficient.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
* Exposure to Scrum or other agile development methodologies.
* Experience developing direct reports.
