Required Education and Experience
* Minimum 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
or its equivalent
Required Skills
* 10+ years of overall business experience
within the technology industry (Enterprise SaaS)
* 5+ years of experience in leading Sales Enablement, Sales Training or Sales
Operations teams.

* Extraordinary interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to
influence and motivate
* Passion for helping salespeople learn, grow and succeed
* Deep Experience with sales methodologies, pipeline management and CRM
environments
* Prior sales experience carrying and exceeding quota
* Experience developing sales training curriculum and materials for technically
complex products
* Experience leading front of the room sales trainings
* Ability to partner with senior executives and articulate team’s impact and
value
* Initiative, agile and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed
multi-stakeholder environment
* Experience with Sales Enablement, Sales Certifications or Selling
