Global Equity Specialist
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial or Business Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
Required Skills
* Minimum 2 years of direct equity administration experience to include performance RSU equity awards
and/or ESPP
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, with an emphasis on Excel, & Word
Desired Skills
* CEP level I certified or working towards certification .
* Highly analytical with penchant for identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Commitment to accuracy and quality.
* Extremely process driven with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate initiative & ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of US tax laws and exposure to international tax laws relating to equity compensation.
* Working knowledge of internal controls.
