Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Required Skills
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years of Paid Search experience
Desired Skills
• Deep understanding of Google Ads & Bing paid search platforms, including keyword mining, account setup, ad creation, content network, match types, quality scores, ad extensions, etc.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formatting)
• Knowledge of Bid Management Tools (Adobe Advertising, DS3, Kenshoo, Marin)
• Experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement and effectiveness, with a heavy focus on lead generation initiatives
• Self-motivated, highly responsible, with a desire to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with business analysis and presenting results
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
• Experience in B2B a plus
• Experience in SEO a plus
