HR Program Manager
Required Education and Experience
• Proven experience in program management within an HR organisation.
Desired Skills
• Fluency in English and another European language (ideally French)
• Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Proven organization, and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies and/or geographies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced matrix technical organization.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while responding to changing business requirements
• Strong understanding of business process, internal controls, and audit process
• Experience working in HR program roles
• Experience drafting, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated understanding of global employment law and regulations and their impact on business operations
• Ability to build credible relationships and work effectively across multiple functions with international partners at varying levels of the company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize shifting demands
• Ability to respect confidentiality within the team and throughout the organization
• Detail-oriented with solid research and analytical skill
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
