Required Education and Experience
• Minimum 2 years of overall experience.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a scheduling/coordinator role and/or experience in either Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think flexibly and re-prioritize tasks as needed
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
• High proficiency in MS Office suite is required - including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Working knowledge of Taleo or a similar ATS preferred
