Required Education and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent.
Required Skills
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
* Medium to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience working with Oracle HR applications e.g. Oracle EBS version 12 or higher, Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Acquisition a.k.a. Oracle Taleo, Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Compensation a.k.a. Oracle Fusion Compensation.
* Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors – Performance Management, Development, Succession Planning, Calibration.
* Medium to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access.
