The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager provides HR functional lead support of the use of the HR applications and data.  In close collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) team, this individual will leverage their expertise to oversee and support HR systems and how HR/people data is managed and used.  

In this role, you will:

* manage HR systems projects ranging in scope and complexity; this includes small enhancements and bug fixes, routine patches and releases, table maintenance, configurations, new system implementations, data interfaces, and longer-term, complete migration to the cloud
* manage, mentor, and motivate a team of HRIS analysts; assign work, help the team distill and diagnose complex issues, provide career development opportunities, and drive a high level of customer service
* develop processes and procedures related to HR systems and overall data management; oversee the creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation
* partner effectively with IT, HR, and other areas of the business to understand and anticipate systems needs, advise on solutions, and prioritize and execute projects
* consult to the business on ideal process design and workflow, seeking to best leverage the return on our HR technology solutions
* assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
* stay up to date on new technologies in the marketplace; pursue creative solutions and drive efficiency in our HR systems and processes

About the Team
The HRIS team supports HR systems and is responsible for overall data management and access.  This team reports to the Senior Director of Global Benefits & HR Operations and works in partnership with IT and our vendors.  

Required Education and Experience
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Human Resources Management, Payroll, Finance or its equivalent

* Experience working with Oracle EBS, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation
