Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- 12 years of relevant HR experience and a BS/BA Degree, or 8 years of relevant HR experience and an advanced
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Desired Skills
- Master’s Degree in related field.
- Relevant experience preferably in a global, high-growth, changing environment ideally in high tech, and experience working with technical organizations.
- Executive presence and strong communications skills, and ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
- Able to address difficult issues and make tough decisions.
