Human Resources Operations Analyst
Required Education and Experience
• BA/BS Degree with 5 years HR Operational/Shared Services experience or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Desired Experience
• Proficient in Excel reporting
• Experienced in working with HRIS systems and tools such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Taleo
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed individual with the ability to take initiative and utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused, with an emphasis on user experience
• Ability to drive results through collaboration and teamwork
